A: Yes! Shipping is always included in the price, with no hidden fees.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship all over Pakistan but do not offer international shipping at this time.

A: We offer a No-Questions-Asked 10-day return policy for 100ML perfumes. However, 10ML perfumes (single units, packs of 2, 3, and 5) are non-returnable since they are discovery packs meant for testing.

A: Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
