Gulposh by Ahmad Return & Exchange Policy

At Gulposh by Ahmad, a Brand of Golden Hands of Pakistan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our policy is transparent and designed to protect both your interests and our business integrity.

1. General Return Window & Eligibility

You have a period of 07 days from the date of receipt to request a return or replacement. As this is a sufficient time to assess the performance and suitability of the fragrance you have purchased.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when received, unworn or unused.

  • With all tags attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

To initiate a request, please contact us at 0300- 4857674 (0300-GULPOSH) and  gulposhbyahmad@gmail.com with your Order Number and refund request.

2. Product-Specific Refund and Replacement Policies

A. 100 ML Perfumes (Full Refund and Replacement Policy)

For all 100 mL bottles, we offer a Full Refund and Replacement Policy (T&C Apply):

  1. You may send the perfume back to us, Once confirmed by our representative in written. Unless return is not confirmed by our representative, GULPOSH is not liable for the Refund/ Return/ Replacement. 

  2. Our inspection team will thoroughly inspect the returned product for usage or damage.

  3. If there is no damage or usage detected, you will receive a 100% Refund or Replacement.

  4. If there is any damage or usage, our representative will inform you of the appropriate deduction based on the assessed usage/damage. The remaining amount will then be treated for a Refund or Replacement.

B. 30 ML Perfumes (Replacement Policy Only)

For all 30 mL bottles, we maintain a Replacement Policy Only (T&C Apply):

  1. You may send the perfume back to us.

  2. Our inspection team will thoroughly inspect the returned product for usage or damage.

  3. If there is no damage or usage detected, you will receive a 100% Replacement.

  4. If there is any damage or usage, our representative will inform you of the appropriate deduction based on the assessed usage/damage. The remaining amount will be treated for replacement.

C. Travel Sizes & Discovery Boxes (Final Sale)

Travel Sizes, Mini Perfumes, and Discovery Boxes are intended for the purpose of trial, and we encourage you to try the perfume before committing to a larger size.

These sizes are neither refundable nor replaceable.

3. Shipping, Inspection, and Final Authority

  • Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect (DIF).

  • DIF Products: In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at gulposhbyahmad@gmail.com immediately. After detailed inspection and relevant sufficient proof of the product's faultiness, Gulposh by Ahmad will cover the return shipping costs for DIF products.

  • Refund Processing: Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or any other suitable method for Gulposh by Ahmad.

  • Exchanges: For the fastest exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

4. Policy Disclaimers

  • Quicker Response: For a quicker response, contact our customer service at 0300-GULPOSH (0300-4857674). Email communication may sometimes be directed to spam and consequently missed, and we do not take responsibility for return requests or communications that are missed due to being caught in a spam filter.

  • Final Decision: The decision of the Gulposh by Ahmad team regarding all Refund, Replacement, or Deduction amounts will be considered final and is not challengeable in any court of Law.

  • Policy Changes: Gulposh by Ahmad reserves the right to change these policies at any time. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the updated policy before making a purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
