Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or any unforeseen circumstanses, or national holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and postal delays.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Trend Totes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting logistics and shipping provider website and entering your tracking number. In case of any delayes or damages by the shipping/ courier company, gulposhbyahmad will not be held responsible, however we will take suitable measures to minimise such instanses. 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may have restrictions on shipping to specific international destinations due to local regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

GulposhbyAhmad.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. A video while receiving, opening the package and inspecting the product is required for any claims. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GulposhbyAhmad.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs/ Tax office for more information on potential charges.
