Payment/ refund/ Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Upon receipt of a product for return or exchange, the customer shall ship the product to the address provided by Golden Hands of Pakistan. The customer is required to notify Golden Hands of Pakistan of the shipment, including the tracking number, via Email Address mentioned on the website or WhatsApp message for a quicker Response.

Product Inspection:

All returned GULPOSH products are subject to a thorough inspection by our designated team to assess for any damages. If, upon inspection, the product is found to be free from damages attributable to the customer, and meets all other return/exchange criteria as outlined in our GULPOSH Return and Exchange Policy, the customer shall be eligible for either a full refund or an exchange for another GULPOSH product of equal or lesser value, as per the customer's preference.

Processing Time:

Please allow a processing period of seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of our receipt of the returned product for the inspection and subsequent refund or exchange to be processed. This timeframe is necessary to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the returned item.

Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to GULPOSH products designated as "Final Sale" or those excluded from returns or exchanges as outlined in our GULPOSH Return and Exchange Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

Golden Hands of Pakistan shall not be liable for any damages incurred during the return shipment process. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Applicable Law:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

All products purchased at discounted prices, including but not limited to items sold during promotional sales, with coupon codes, or under any special offer, are deemed "Final Sale." As such, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Trial Packs are introduced to Experience the fragrance before making the final purchase. This 10ml pack is offered at cost for your convenience. Returns/exchanges not available on any 10 ML or Lower Packaging.
